Although high quality food is the core of what we do, our meticulous attention to detail makes us stand out against our competitors. We know that the presentation of food is vital and creates an image of professionalism that reflects well on you. We are passionate at what we do and ambitious as to our future. The only way we know is to provide you with the highest quality product and service. We know that its important to get it right so please do not worry.
Do you only supply businesses?
No. We recognise that our services are in demand from a wide range of people and events. Whether it is for a product launch, training course, parties or funerals, we will cater for your event and extend the same levels of service our customers have come to expect. What does the buffet price include?
The price includes free delivery as standard. The platters and buffet items are accompanied by free disposable items. However, we recognise that presentation makes a big difference to your clients, staff and delegates therefore we have a range of items for hire available to ensure that you achieve the best results.
Where do your ingredients come from?
We are proud of our roots and we have strong links with independent suppliers in the local area ensuring the finest and freshest produce. We are currently working with our suppliers to ensure all our future produce is completely organic.
Where do you prepare the food?
We prepare our food at our registered premises where we guarantee the highest standards of hygiene. All our food is refrigerated as soon as it is produced and delivered fresh in our refrigerated vehicles.
Where do you deliver and is there a cost?
We restrict our service to the Manchester and Bolton areas. Although we get many requests from further a field, we recognise that in order to provide a service that is punctual and adds real value to you, we need to focus our market area. We do this because we want to focus on delivering an outstanding service to you.
Our delivery is free to ensure you get value for money. We ask that you give us a 45 minute window for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic. We deliver all our orders in refrigerated vehicles to ensure that your produce reaches you in the freshest condition. If you are uncertain as to what time the food will be required, let us know and we will supply you with ‘cool bags’ which will keep your produce fresh for four hours.
Is there a minimum order value?
We have placed a minimum order value of £25 based on feedback from our customers. For morning goods, the minimum order value is £16. This is important to the smooth operation of the business and yet is significantly lower than competitors.
What are our payment options?
There are two ways in which orders can be made. The first option available to our corporate and business customers is to pre-register and open a credit account with a 14 day payment window. This ensures your cash flow will benefit from this facility. Please complete our credit application form and fax it to us as soon as possible to ensure we have your account up and running.
We also cater for customers who do not want to open a credit account by providing you with the ability to transact online with a valid credit/debit card. Either way, you get the same fantastic service.
Is your website secure?
Please be assured that we are very conscience of security and ensure that our website transactions have the highest security in place.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes we are. Our VAT details can be found on our website front page, invoices and customer receipts.
Are you insured?
Yes we are. We carry all the relevant insurances. If you're still considering which caterer to choose, ensure you ask whether they are insured.
